Data Science and Statistics for Quality
June 8 - June 11, 2020
Florida State University
The organizing committee at Florida State University invites proposals for contributed presentations and contributed sessions at QPRC 2020. If you would like to organize a session that would be of interest to QPRC attendees or fits within our conference theme, "Data Science and Statistics for Quality," please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please send us the relevant information (titles, speakers, abstracts). If you are proposing a contributed session, you are welcome to be a speaker in your own session. If you only wish to propose a single contributed talk, we will find a place for you in one of the contributed sessions.
There is limited space for sessions, so contact us early! The last day for proposing a session or presentation is May 15, 2020.
We have funding to assist students with travel and registration to QPRC 2020. Funds are available for short course registration, conference registration, travel subsidy, and lodging subsidy. For more information, continue reading below, click here, or click on the "Student Support" link at the top or bottom of the page.
Additionally, there are two Natrella Scholarships available. Winners of the Mary G. and Joseph Natrella Scholarships will each receive a $3500 grant, a $500 stipend toward travel and housing expenses, complimentary registration for the conference, and complimentary registration for the pre-conference short course given in conjunction with the conference. In addition, winners will give a presentation on their statistical work (applications or research) at the QPRC. Students who apply for the Natrella Scholarships but do not win will automatically be considered for other scholarship funds described above.
Students are encourage to submit abstracts for posters and presentations in addition to applying for scholarships.
